Privacy protection and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information

Kashikojima Hojoen Co., Ltd. must comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of May 30, 2003; hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Information Protection Act”) for the protection of privacy, and compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act, together with the content of this page, shall constitute our privacy policy.

Kashikojima Hojoen must take the necessary and appropriate measures to ensure the safety management of personal data and provide the necessary and appropriate supervision of employees and subcontractors.

Kashikojima Hojoen must not, in principle, provide personal data to third parties without the consent of the relevant guest. However, personal information may be disclosed or used in the following cases.
